Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we may release your obligation and allow another guest to enjoy Salon and Spa service.
Late Policy We provide you with quality services. If you arrive past your scheduled time you may receive partial services only or you may need to reschedule your appointment.
Arrival In order to ensure total relaxation and enhancement treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change into a robe and sandals.
Gratuities Gratuity is at your discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services. A 15-20% gratuity is customary, and is greatly appreciated.
Professional Team At Park West Hair Design & Spa, we take pride in our work. You can be assured that all team members are highly trained in their area of expertise as well as in our in-house standards. If you would like to experience the technique of a different staff member, we encourage you to do so. Change is always refreshing and stimulating.

Personal Comfort For your comfort and well-being, we have a strict no-smoking policy. Cellular phones and beepers are strictly prohibited in the spa. We use hospital grade disinfectants and adhere to the highest sterilization standards for all of our equipment. To create an environment of personal comfort and peace of mind, we utilize proper draping techniques. For every service provided, you can expect complete privacy and discretion.
Facilities & Amenities For your convenience, robes, sandals, lockers and shower facilities are provided.
Children So that you and others may fully enjoy the serenity of our environment, we ask that you bring your children along only when they are receiving a service.
Gift Cards Park West Hair Design & Spa offers Gift Cards for a variety of occasions. We will help customize a memorable experience for that someone special. Stop by and pick one up. You may also call us or visit (and order) online and we will be happy to mail one out to you or to that special person. Gift Cards are non-refundable and can only be used towards service or retail. |
