We want you to be as comfortable as possible while at the salon and spa. If you have a request for a certain team member, please let us know when you make the appointment and we will do our best to accommodate. We invite you to experience a wide range of services that will inspire you to heightened levels of relaxation, beauty and style.

At Park West Hair Design & Spa, we take pride in our work. You can be assured that all team members are highly trained in their area of expertise as well as our in-house professional standards. If you would like to experience the technique of a different team member, we encourage you to do so. Change is always refreshing and stimulating.


In order to ensure total relaxation and enhancement of treatment results, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.


Gratuity is at your discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services. A 15-20% gratuity is customary, and is greatly appreciated.

Late Guests Policy

We understand "life happens". If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 15 minutes or more to scheduled appointment, please call us! We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Our Salon & Spa has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Appointments are required to be cancelled with 24 hour notice or may be subject to a 50% charge.

This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists, spa therapists and guests. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

Email Confirmation

An email confirmation is sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You can confirm your appointment right from your email. If we don't receive email confirmation we will give you a call.

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service prior to your appointment or you will receive an email if we have your information on file. We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.

Cell Phones & Pagers

Cellular phones and beepers are strictly prohibited in the spa. Please allow yourself and other guests an environment of peace and tranquility.

Personal Comfort

We have a strict no smoking policy. To create an environment of personal comfort and peace-of-mind, we utilize proper draping techniques. With every service provided, you can expect complete privacy and discretion. For your convenience, robes, sandals, lockers and shower facilities are provided.


We use hospital grade disinfectants and adhere to the highest sterilization standards for all our equipment. Sanitation, disinfecting and sterilization are paramount to our process. A dental-grade autoclave is used to steam and sterilize all metal instruments. Your health, safety and well-being are primary concerns for us!

Service Satisfaction

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us and schedule a redo of your service within 7 days of your last visit.

Product Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with the product we recommend, we would be happy to issue a product exchange within 14 days of your purchase. This policy does not apply towards cosmetics. You will receive an in-store credit towards service or retail item. No cash refunds.

Damaged Products

We will replace any damaged product with proof of purchase if returned before 30 days and as long as item is not expired. If your damaged item is no longer available at time of return, you will be issued an exchange for product only or store credit towards product only.

Gift Cards / Certificates

Terms & Conditions:  NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.

Delivery Policy

Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount. They are available for immediate purchase and prompt delivery via email/website download. Gift Cards can also either be mailed directly to the purchaser (credit card billing address) or may be picked up on location at your convenience. We just ask that you allow 24-48 hrs for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping.
